1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

If a service has not been provided or scheduled within the agreed timeframe.

If a customer cancels a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.

If a refund request is made due to an error on our part.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Services that have already been rendered.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not aligned with the agreed service scope.
2. Refund Process

Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions & Special Cases

In case of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion.

If a service is rescheduled rather than canceled, the refund policy may not apply.
