1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a service has not been provided or scheduled within the agreed timeframe.

  • If a customer cancels a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.

  • If a refund request is made due to an error on our part.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Services that have already been rendered.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not aligned with the agreed service scope.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your name, contact details, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • In case of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion.

  • If a service is rescheduled rather than canceled, the refund policy may not apply.
